🤤#snacks . Soooo many requests for this recipe on my story today so I’ll share it with everyone. I have tried a TON of different combos and this is the one I have found best taste wise and it fits into my goals. . INGREDIENTS - 3/4 cup (180g) peanut butter (I do half super chunky half flaxseed regular @tedpeanutbutter) - 2 tablespoons (45g) honey (The Gem’s parents have bees so our honey is legit fresh from the hives) - 20g nonfat milk powder (I have also used coconut milk powder which is also real good you may even be able to do it without this 🤷🏻‍♀️) - 20g egg replacer powder (I use @bobsredmill) - 2 tablespoons oil of choice (Teddies regular peanut butter has natural oils so I have played with this using a little less, but found 2tablespoons of coconut oil to be best *melt it down to liquid first) - 1 scoop PB protein powder (I love @questnutrition) STEPS - Beat together until well combined - Beat in the oil until a thick dough forms - place I to a bread pan or I prefer a muffin/cupcake style baking sheet - Refrigerate for at least two hours, or until firm I made this recipe into 6 cup style protein ‘bars’ . . . #healthierchoices #fakeperfectbar #mealprep #protein #yum #weightlossjourney #recipes #imnochef
⚖️#weighinwednesday . 🆙0.3 of a pound - I would just like to tell you I ate a peanut butter & banana or Nutella crape every single day, had dranks, and utilized that soft serve ice cream machine 🤤 - but I also packed my plate with fruits, veggies, and eggs any chance I got & brought a pack of @premierprotein shakes to fill me up. I ain’t mad about .3, that’s like .. a good sneeze 🤷🏻‍♀️. I had an amazing vacation and clearing out the weight between my ears and making my heart feel a little lighter is far more important to me than the number lit up on the scale this morning. . I am 100% on team Live ya damn life 👏🏼 . “You’ve got to practice self-discipline, to have more on days than off. The key is to find your healthy moderation, enjoy your life AND meet your goals. 🍽#breakfast . 🥚3 eggs 🐓 shredded chicken (meal prep a ton over the weekend and just add it on top of the eggs) 🧀sprinkle of Asiago cheese 🍠 /🍏 sweet potato mashed with unsweetened apple sauce . This has been my go to breakfast for the past three weeks - only switching up how the sweet potato is prepared (air fried, toast style, and this way) - yes that says sweet potato/apple sauce, don’t knock it until you try it.
