Our day started off beautiful with family and hanging out with this gorgeous babe.
This amazing view from their porch was a perfect way to start the day.
We decided to go out for lunch and visited the Long Trail Brewery.
Luckily their outdoor seating was under cover because the skies just opened up and down poured on us.
Is it a coincidence the only time it rained on this entire trip was as we approach the end of our trip.
It started to get a bit humid, but the rain cleared up for a few minutes so Drew and I could wander towards the river and look for fish.
The bed of the river wasn’t as colorful as the National Park a few days ago, but was still gorgeous.
The brewery is a great spot if you’re traveling through or to Vermont. The food was delicious and they have some great beers. I’m not a beer drinker, but Chris and his fam are and they recommend it.
We had an amazing visit to Vermont, it’s a truly gorgeous state and we will definitely be exploring it more in the future. There are a ton of trails and opportunities to explore.
And we crossed the boarder into New Hampshire, but our adventure surely isn’t over yet! A couple more days to go!
We stopped in to Popovers in Epping which is an amazing place for dessert if you’re in the area! We decided on just an app and desserts knowing how huge the portions of the desserts.
The movie theatre was right across the street so we decided to stop over and see Tag, which was pretty funny based on a true story about these guys who have had an ongoing game of tag for 30 years across the country .. and now I want to do it.
We spent the night in a hotel outside of Portsmouth close to home, but not there yet.
